You agree not to submit anything that would be considered defamatory, abusive, violative of any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party, or unlawful in any other way.  You further represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights and permissions to grant the rights set forth herein and to republish any material, including photographs, that you submit.

The Healthcare Education Project 1199SEIU/GNYHA  is not responsible for screening, policing, editing, or monitoring any user submissions and encourages all of its users to use reasonable discretion and caution in evaluating or reviewing any submission. Nevertheless, The Healthcare Education Project 1199SEIU/GNYHA  may make minor edits primarily for grammar, spelling, or redaction to ensure that posts are in accordance with the guidelines listed above. Please note that posts on this website will be visible to the public and can be shared by anyone who accesses the website or views them on social media.

The Healthcare Education Project 1199SEIU/GNYHA, their successors and assigns, may use pictures made of me and comments made by me on this date in printed materials, photographs, video recordings, digital media, advertisements, and any other materials.
